The forums, youtube and ofc the subreddit for world of warships (https://www.reddit.com/r/WorldOfWarships/) is echoing with the discovery that the Christmas Containers in WoWS are almost certainly rigged. How ?
Well apparently it works like this: There are some ships on a shortlist, and the cut to the chase they are almost all pretty shit. And then there is the complete list of 107 or so premium ships.
If someone is lucky enough to roll a ship from a Santa Container then he will at first receive a ship from the shortlist. Only if he already has that ship there will be a reroll and he will – instead of the Santa Container – receive a Supercontainer which includes one of the 107 regular ships.
Since Santa Container look different than Supercontainers its pretty obvious when you get a reroll. People and youtubers have been testing this, and there is a very strong indication that you will first have to go through the shitty ships on the shortlist before you even have a chance to get one of the other (hopefully good) ships.
So – I guess that means we have to keep our eyes peeled. I am actually looking forward the Christmas containers in WoT but those strange gambling containers this autumn left a bad taste and now this in WoT's sister game ?
