WARNING: The new shadow options and AMD CAS settings are always ON/HIGH by default at each restart

[EDIT 2 There is still something weird going on with stickiness of these settings. I think if you exit to menu and your computer resumes from standby the CAS setting gets turned on. If I reboot the computer it will return to an off state]

For people getting massive FPS drops in certain gameplay loops try this… I want to see if it is just me seeing some improvement

Turn off AMD CAS thing… it should not be on by default IMO, and only on when you are using supersampling at all
There are two new shadow settings – Directional and Spot Shadows I think they are called, both set to high by default, put them to "medium" instead (Note this results in basically no player cast shadows)
