Lead Shiba Inu developer Shytoshi Kusama has raised the prize money for a community-run Shiba Eternity competition to $1,000.
The most recent change happened in reaction to a statement made on Friday by Brwncow, the tournament's host. The fourth monthly Shiba Eternity competition will take place on Sunday, according to Brwncow.
I find several pieces of information in one article "Kusama commending the community-run initiative, called for an increase of the prize pool to $1000, $500 for the first place participant, with $250 each earmarked for the first and second runner-ups. Kusama also recommended that the tournament be held every two weeks, equating to twice a month."
Will anybody take part?
Although I only play a few games—Coin Fantasy, Gods Unchained, and the card game Shiba Eternity—I recall how excited I was when they first mentioned the tournament on the Discord channel.
Shibarium's official launchpad ecosystem, Dogpad Finance, offered to support the competition on its own initiative.
The Shiba Eternity game has intermittently received modifications since its inception in October of last year as the development team works to improve it to a high level of perfection before the release of the blockchain version. The blockchain version will run on the future layer-2 network called Shibarium.
