A buddy on our server went ahead and soloed the next boss without telling us.

It's a game. I get that. All of us in the server get that. But he didn't think it was a big deal after someone called him out when a brand new resource showed up in some of our storage chests. I've been arguing with him for a while now about why I think it's not cool, but he doesn't seem to care.

I wanted to vent. I doubt I'm alone and I know this is an issue with almost all Co-op games. This one just seems to sting a bit more. We made a sincere effort to not look things up and try to discover everything on our own. We've been discussing when we can all get on to do this boss together for the past few days, as it was so much fun to try the first few bosses out for the first time as a group. It was getting to the point where we were going to unanimously accept that some people were going to miss out on the first kill, but he made the decision himself and summoned while some others were in a crypt.

I'll get over it but wanted to share my experience. This has some background that made me decide to escalate it into a bigger deal than just, "aw thats lame. Alright well lets all go kill him together now to catch up". We've had some issues in the past but I've been really enjoying the discovery on this game more than many others I've played. If anyone thinks they might have an impatient player on their server, I would try to do the bosses ASAP unless you're okay with spoilers.
