Hello, as you can see the title, my sons account was deleted.
Yes, DELETED, not banned or blocked.
I have been back and forth with them via email for 3 days, and now all communication has stopped. They recognized his account, but told me that my "account was compromised" and they could not restore it to the email that it was tied to.
So i sent them an alternate email and they said they would be in contact in a couple hours to confirm migration.
We have spent alot of money, on skins, v-bucks, and you know the drill here.
Has anyone else had this issue and got it resolved, or am i just out the money i spent. I have a very upset son right now.
Side Note: I have seen that there have been similar issues in games, and people have filed class actions lawsuits against gaming companies, and if enough people submit this happened to them as well it could be rewarded. Not that this is the route i want to go through for a game, but for them to tell me it was their fault, and just leave me here with no communication or help is not right.
