Don't know if this is a bug or not, but when Mighty Eikthyr spawned I couldn't find him. There was its large life bar, but no sign of Eikthyr. It took me a while to discover he actually spawned on an oak tree! And he just stayed stuck there and couldn't do any of its attack moves.
After the first few seconds of surprise, my first thought was: When I kill it, will the trophy and the antlers fall on the ground or…be stuck on that oak tree!!? Because I can't bloody chop down an oak tree yet! But they fell on the ground eventually.
Now, I feel kinda cheated – I missed the thrill of fighting the Valheim's first boss!
I guess I will fight Eikthyr one more time to make up for that.
