Hi everyone, about one month ago my epic, steam and Gmail accounts got hacked, and, since the hacker got access to my Gmail, everything epic games related got deleted so I have no receipts.
It's the second time I loose this same account and the first recovery process went really well. I answered their emails saying that and asking if they don't have any of the things I provided in the first recovery and all I got was an automated answer saying they couldn't do anything.
I don't have the exact IP address because I recently moved out.
The only thing I have is a screenshot of a revolut transaction that resulted from a starter pack purchase in Fortnite.
I already got access back to my steam account and don't understand why it has to be so complicated with epic.
I hope someone can help me because I can't seem to find a way to get my account back.

Would be very thankful if someone could help me and hope people with the same problem as me get helped too.
