Hi commanders. Has anyone ever heard of someone creating a comprehensive spreadsheet of ship stats for comparison?
I did to an extent in the past. I wanted to compare the stats of the various large and medium ships in terms of combat (PVE for massacre missions and combat zones), so I created various builds in Edsy and copied the data over.
It was pretty useful, and came out with some surprising results. For example, the same shield on a Cutter and Type 10 gives the Cutter far stronger shields, despite both being size 8 modules.
I'm planning to go back to this project now, and do it in more detail. Drop down lists for modules and hardpoints etc to bring up the stats for quick comparison between different builds and across different ships. But this will be quite time consuming to create. If someone else has already done this and posted it online somewhere it would be really good to know, add save myself a chunk of time.
