Hi, I’d need some advice to find some players

So the basic issue is that I'd need to find people outside of DOTA2 to play DOTA2 with. Like a discord server, facebook group, online community, reddit user. Essentially I'd just want to find some regular people to play DOTA2 with. For me it's currently not possible to find people to party queue with using the DOTA2 client. That is the regional channels and the soloqueue "random" games, are not a possibility. I've played this game for like 3500 matches and currently I have the minimum rating of 10 mmr points, which is pretty weird. I'm fairly confident that if I'd find a couple of to play with, I could comfortably hold my own in like the Legend bracket. Or maybe Archon. Or maybe Ancient. But for now for external reasons, it's not possible to get out of 10 mmr points for me currently. And so if I'd just be able to find like 1 regular person to play dota2 with, everything would be great. I have not been able to find a single person online though, which is also pretty weird. So can someone give me some advice on how I could possibly find some DOTA2 players online?
