Hello /r/DotA2

I work for the tournament team on FACEIT, which is a 3rd-party platform best known for CS:GO. We create worlds beyond gameplay by offering tools and services to help players get the most out of their chosen titles.

We want to learn more about the DotA2 ecosystem as although we currently run daily tournaments that award points which can be exchanged for real value prizes, we would love to do more to better serve the community! Our first step is understanding your current problems and pain points with other platforms. From there, we can build better features, increase prize pools, etc in line with your feedback!
