Lost account and content, and Epic can’t help.

A week ago I logged back onto Fortnite on my PS5 just to see what Chapter 4 looked like.

NOTE: I'll put a TL;DR at the end of this post.

When I did, I was asked to link my account to Epic, which wasn't there before, but I thought nothing of it.

After I did, I noticed that when I logged in, nothing was there. No Marvel stuff, no DBS stuff, no Season pass stuff, nothing.

I tried to unlink it to see if that was the problem, but it wasn't, so I tried to contact support. The first request was over the course of a week with me giving them info including:

1) IP Address 2) Account names (I only ever played on PS4/5) 3) Location of purchases for the account 4) Last four digits of card used 5) Receipts for purchases for the account

After that, I was told that they can use one of my alternate email addresses to get my account info back, and would email a password change to do such. However, that email never came, and so I set up another request regarding the issue, and was then told that somehow, not only was the info I gave insufficient somehow, but they couldn't do the original thing anyways because of "security purposes".

After hearing that, I set up a live chat with someone from the Help Center, and after giving them the info from the first two requests, I was told the same thing and that their hands were tied because of security purposes.

The worst part is that I'm pretty sure this whole thing only happened because we changed ISP from a local provider to Verizon, so my account is bound to my old IP address which I'm pretty sure I don't know.

I'm at wits end here, and I don't know if I should keep trying to get the old account back or just accept that the time and money I put into it is gone.

TL;DR – Lost my Fortnite account and content (most likely after switching ISPs), and after giving all relevant info, I was told I could use a way to get my account back, but then told I couldn't because given info was insufficient and for security purposes.

Any advice?
