I'm having so much fun with the fact that waylay is meta right now. Recently made a deck that combines waylay and traps with the intention of winning rounds 2 and 3 instead of 1 and 3 like you'd expect.
As soon as my opponent sees I'm stacking my deck with waylays without fail they overcommit in round 2. The entire goal for round 1 is entering the next round with card advantage. Despite being down a card they always try and bleed me in round 2, but when I throw out the early simlas it guarantees my win. Which means I'm entering round 3 not only with a giant hand full of traps, I'm also entering it at card advantage which is basically a death sentence.
Honestly having a blast right now and they never see this coming. Are there any other off-meta decks that play with expectations right now? I'm having so much fun and want to see what else is out there.
