Some Fleet Carrier questions

Hey commanders.

So I am a new owner of a shiny fleet carrier. I came back after a 6 month break, managed to crank out like 10 billion in a couple of weeks, and bought a tricked out fleet carrier.

I love the thing. In fact I love the thing so much, I decided I need a second one.

So for those of you with multiples, I had a few hopefully easy questions.

I'm pretty sure I get the mechanics for moving credits around utilizing the FC, however any insights on the most efficient way would be appreciated.

I play mostly in odyssey at this point. For my second account would I need it to also be odyssey? Or do FC show up regardless of being in odyssey or horizons?

Are there any tricks/best practices for being able to run 2 clients on a computer? Is it legal to do so? I come from having 5 accounts (and multiboxing them) back in my eve online days.
