What is MillionPugs? Is it Legit? – Brief FAQ and AMA

Hey all – I’m Will, the Head of Community for MillionPugs.

You may have seen that MillionPugs is an official partner of Gwent, but not known what the heck MillionPugs is. I thought it’d be handy if I introduced myself and answered any questions you might have.

Let's play Gwent.

First off – MillionPugs is a rewards platform for gamers. Similar to cashback programs, we offer you the chance to min/max your online purchases and earn “pugs™” – our currency that can be spent on in-game rewards for Gwent, World of Warships, Heroes & Generals, and many more to come. Shop online, earn pugs, spend pugs on game stuff – that’s the idea.

You can start earning by downloading our browser extensions, which will automatically reward you with pugs as you shop online, or by skipping the extension and shopping from 850+ stores and brands listed on our site.

At this moment, we’re exclusive to US customers – but our localisation process is well underway and we plan to start serving our fellow EU gamers in the next few months.

During this beta period, it’s important that we get it right, so we’re offering bonus pugs just for completing our onboarding steps. After your first purchase, you will have enough pugs to unlock 500 Meteroite Powder.

You can take a gander at our privacy policy here, but the TLDR is that we don’t collect anything other than the essential information to verify a transaction occurs, and reward the appropriate account.

What are you selling?

To be fully transparent, we make money in a similar way to an affiliate program. But instead of keeping the commission – we pass 90%+ back to you in the form of pugs.

Other games?

Our plan is to grow to serve many more games in the future (you can see our upcoming titles on the website), so the pugs you earn won’t need to be spent exclusively on kegs.

So who’s behind this?

Our founders are gamers who envisioned a better way to get in-game content. And our investors are industry founders, leaders and vets, responsible for the successes of some of the biggest companies in gaming, including Twitch, Riot Games, CCP Games, Unity and many more. One thing that united us all was the desire to build a player-first solution and platform.
