what other carries should I play?

I'm a 1.5k pos 1 recently had some coaching sessions and climbed from 900mmr to 1.5k and i think i can keep going higher still with my current skills

my coach suggested playing only a few heroes, my main hero is pa which he said is off meta and not suggested, but i play best as her and destroy games

rn i play pa, drow, ursa and i have some back up heroes if my main are banned. naga>clinkz>am. as am i farm fast but i dont come online fast enough and the game ends bc my team doesn't understand we should go for later game timings rather than taking fights nonstop. either way these are the things i want from the next carry/ies to master:

1. be able to solo carry the game and not be too reliant on others. for example i don't want to carry as sniper bc he needs to play behind his teammates

2. come online fast with a bkb rather. antimage for example farms fast, has strong late game, but if he buys bkb after manta he doesn't hit fast enough, and without bkb ez to kill. so without 4/5 items on am i don't feel comfortable enough and that takes some time. i get pt bf manta+skadi/bkb till min 25 or so but i want something like pt bf manta skadi basher to fight usually, or the same with a bkb on top. i know it's too many items but that's when i feel comfortable as him to finish the game and realistically that's why he isn't meta

3. be good at laning and ok/good recovery. rather melee carry since pos 5 is always ranged for my bracket. for example if i lose a lane as ursa i can jungle well/ok, and after level 4 i can destroy the lane anyways

4. be usable in higher brackets too in case i rank up. i don't want someone like wk who is offmeta tbh

they don't have to contain all the points but do mention which ones they have pls and ty(i would post my dota buff but recently I've been trying something new my coach told me wo not th best example)
