How would you make some (not all) high level/competitive matches less campy.

Let me preface this:
Yes i know its a BR and ppl are going to camp regardless. Thats why i said SOME matches AND not all.Yes ik placement points matter and as long as placement gets rewarded it just further encourages camping and hiding.
NOT EVERY MATCH HAS TO BE AGGRO. ITS COOL TO SEE INTENSE ENDGAMES BUT ITS ALSO COOL TO SEE SOMETHING DIFFERENT EVERY FEW MATCHES.

I recently saw the algs tournaments both NA and EU. I noticed that every single match played out the exact same way, with wattsons and wraiths just setting up fences and portals and just hiding until the circle got small enough. Hell there was even a caustic team that won a couple of games. There was never a match where one team broke the monotony and was runnin and gunnin. I don’t mind the passive play, but every now and then I just wanna see a guns blazing match ya know?

If you were to organize a tournament, how would you REDUCE(because you can’t stop it) camping in SOME(not all) of these matches??
