After Dark has kind of got me hooked a little more on the map, and I think it's because the map feels fresh. Plus it hides you a bit from third parties. The lighting in this game is boring as hell quite honestly, and it hardly every changes. It's just the same old setting continuously, and it makes me yearn for a new game.
I mean say after three weeks they just did Sunset lighting? Or about about freezing snowy weather on WE? Anything man. The game is growing stale, and another map is just another map with the same kind of baked lighting that never changes.
Battlefield and other games have weather changes, and I love it. Imagine some rain or or day to night transitions on Apex maps. Does nobody want this kind of thing? I feel like this game needs to evolve, and right now outside of the LTM it feels incredibly stale in parts. What do you guys think? Do you have a favorite lighting scheme from any season?
