Account banned for reporting riggers

Hello, few days ago i play wot at 4am and 4 battles in a row i play with riggers, one specific player with 277 have 15k dmg every battle (enemy team just stay backwards to him and raise their cannons). Fourth battle i told them that i going to send replays to WG and they are going to be banned. They told me ingame "please dont report us and we will help you 3-mark your StB" i refused and told them again i going to send replays to WG, they answered "ok you can try :D, we have 14 accounts in this battle and we are going to report you instead". All what was told, was in in-battle chat. I dont even report them that Day, because i have some upload problems, and it was so late that I went to sleep. Today, Four days after that incident i got permabanned. Four days before clan camaign. Is there any chance to unban? Anyone have any ideas or contacts to solve this in time. I am so sick of this, that if i cant finnaly play my First campaign i going to quit, after 9 years of playing this Game.
