Any advice on how to make weekends fun?

I've been really struggling on weekends. Weekends is when I have the most time to play, because during the week I have work. I do play some days for a little while after work, but most of the games I play are on the weekend.

But weekend play is really just not fun at all. I'm not a stat monger and I'm ok with not having super high win rates, but come on, weekend teams are just terrible. Blow out after blow out after blow out and most of them are against me.

My last 28d win rate has been decent, at 51%, but every weekend I end up with a win rate in the gutter of like 30something%. This past weekend my win rate was 33%. Losing 2/3's of the games is just not fun!

So I'm looking for some tips on how to actually win more games on the weekend. The biggest problem I see with weekend teams is that they tend to be the newer players and like to camp around the back of the map, so the enemy team just rolls the other 1/2 of the team and then takes out the campers.

I don't know of a way to counter that. I've tried talking in chat and trying to encourage them nicely (actually nicely) that camping is not the way to win games. That heavies that are hiding in the back of the map will cause the team to lose. But it just doesn't matter.
