Yes, another 1.13 rant.
I play arty fairly rarely and tried hopping into my M40/M43 after the update. I naturally by default stayed on the normal HE, with stun and medium damage, and I noticed just one thing: The damage potential is ZERO. I know American arties aren't exactly the most precise, but even with a burst radius of 10.5m, I cant seem to reliably do more than 200 (max) damage, often missing entirely. I tried the special HE and just found it ENTIRELY useless given it has just 6 meters which is even for a precise arty, way too low, and found myself doing about 0 damage with them. AP? Well, while I don't necessarily find them a bad idea, it's always red. And even if it's green and I can use it, well, either it doesn't actually penetrate, or HE would have done more damage. So, why introduce 2 more shell types if the general changes make arty unplayable anyway?

When taking any of the secondary shots with me, I just seem to comically fast run out of the actual main HE, which makes me even less likely to use the secondary ammos, also because of the next reason
Shell switching. Do you really expect me to waste an entire reload cycle just to potentially do more damage? While in that time, I could've done potentially double that? Even with the perk, it's just comically useless. I won't ever use the secondary shells again since they have no use for me. Correct me if I'm wrong
