Banned for reporting Physics abuse

So I just got my first ever suspension because I took the time to report someone pushing me out of cover. Of course I in that case has to push back in order to well, not die or lose most of my hp. But according to the basically copy paste answers from Wargaming support, you are simply supposed to sit there and die and not do a thing – or they ban both of you. What a system and support.

This was the first time I actually bothered to go through support to report someone instead of just doing the, seemingly useless, in battle report. And it back fired hard. Safe to say I will never bother reporting anyone via support again.

I am rather infuriated at the moment and have already tried to appeal to be met with more copy paste answers so yeah..

Is this how support usually handles things like this? I guess they were quick to respond atleast ._.

if only teamdamage was a thing still I could just have shot the 200 hp leo instead of having my match and weekend ruined

EDIT: After being persistent in my appeal conversation my suspension has been lifted.
