Just split the map in half and eliminate draw completely. This may be abused in regular game but would make the strategist much more fair.
Simply split the map in symmetric halfs and when time ends whoever has more tanks on the enemy half wins. Seems like a perfect way to punish base camper "strategists".
It would not only punish passive "strategists" but also reward taking more agressive positions on the enemy half making the game kinda force you to play a little bit more aggro.
