This is something that annoys me because my dad has decided that this is apparently the thing he’s gonna talk about constantly, forever, and never listen when I try to correct him, but I was hoping some people here would find it funny.
Keeping a long story short, my dad thinks that to reset the cap, you have to shoot the very first enemy who got on cap, or else it won’t reset at all. So even if there’s 3 seconds left on the cap, and he’s aiming in on the enemy ready to reset, he’ll throw games trying to figure out “who’s on first,” basically. This also means that if he’s ON cap, even if he has 30, 40 cap points or anything, if he wasn’t the “first on cap,” he’ll play really aggressively and get the cap reset by the enemy, and again on occasion throws entire games in doing so.
