This is not from an official source, but looking at the stats of the new rozanov tank that everyone is freaking out about, I noticed that there has most likely been a mistake with it's statistics:
All of it's shells have 280 alpha, which is reasonable for the HE shell, but way too much otherwise for an 85mm gun, which would normally have ~180 alpha. From this I would say it's safe to say WG has mistakenly put in the wrong alpha damage value for this tank.
For comparison's sake, the tremendous base dpm of 3,893.87 which this tank currently has, goes down to a more reasonable 2,503.8 if you calculate it with the usual 180 alpha that 85mm guns have.
So yeah, I think there is no reason to be freaking out about this thing right now. (Although the *other* tier 8 medium, ST-62 *does* look quite outrageous in it's current state)
