when is WG going to rebalance SPG missions?

Am somewhere around my 300th attempt at SPG15 for the t55a. in my boredom and frustration I started polling the other arty players in my games. turns out VIRTUALLY ALL high tier arty players would rather not be there, and are just stuck on a mission…

I know the complaints arty is broken, I know the hate in general, and I'm not looking for "but delete all arty" when I ask this question: has anyone heard ANYTHING from WG about them rebalancing the arty missions in light of EBRs being released? They are meant to be anti-arty, and the arty missions have gotten a lot tougher since they came out. I think the game would be greatly improved in that the matchmaker economy of tanks to choose from to make your game more fun would benefit from these missions being reworked so they're easier to complete. Based on my anecdotal numbers today, 90%+ of tier 10 battles would be arty-free if people could get done with these stupid campaign missions more easily.
