The proposed 'WoT Plus' monthly subscription contains a new feature called, 'Intensive Crew Regimen'.
According to a screengrab from , a selected crew will be granted 40 EXP every 5 minutes, which is 480 EXP/hour, or 11,520 EXP per day. And that is not split amongst the crew–EACH crewmember receives that amount.
While it sounds like a lot of EXP, if you thought you'd use it to grind up to a 9-skill monster crew, you are going to be disappointed with the 'intensity' of the feature.
