So first check in your router settings if you have an IPv4 connection via „DS-Lite“/„Dual Stack-Lite“.
If this turns out to be true then this is your problem!
The only thing you can do about this is ask your internet service provider (ISP) to change it back to regular „Dual Stack“.

Edit: If you contact your ISP tell them you need dual stack for a VPN connection so you can work in homeoffice, NOT because you cant play a video game otherwise they might not take you seriously enough, i had to call my ISP 4 times until they resolved my issue
