eft.monster – Ammo Chart and Quest Tree/Tracker Website

Hi!

Over the last 6 weeks, I have been working to create a tool to more easily visualize and understand the abundance of data in Escape From Tarkov. I present to you https://eft.monster/ 👹!

Currently, the site consists of 3 tools:

Ammo Scatter Plot Chart – One of the most important aspects of EFT is understanding ammo damage versus body armor penetration. I added the ability to filter by ammo caliber on the chart legend, so you can focus on the calibers that you really care about.

Quest Tree – EFT quests are hierarchical, so I used a tree diagram to visualize the quest progression. On this page, you can add quests to the Quest Tracker.

Quest Tracker – I found myself forgetting what quests I was currently working on. On the Quest Tracker, I can fully see all my current quests and the objectives.

Notes:

  • All data was sourced by hand, so there may be inaccuracies.
  • I really wanted to add quest level data into the tree (it would be extremely useful to show/analyze). Unfortunately, I could not find a complete and accurate quest level dataset. If anyone has a complete dataset please let me know and I'll update the site.
  • No login or user profiles for now. Everything is stored in the browser, so if you clear your browser data you will lose your saved filters and tracked quests.

I plan to keep improving the current tools and implement other ideas when I have time. This is currently a project I'm doing for fun while the coronavirus pandemic is ongoing.

Please let me know of any bugs and I am open to feedback/ideas of what you would like to see next.

I hope y'all stay well and enjoy!
