Not perfect like the clarity filter but it works wonders indoors and overall helps.

(Change to Borderless, so you can easily adjust the settings the way you like it and see the change live. For Sharpen you have to restart the game, I think.)

Sharpen it up the way you like.

And for performance what worked for me a lot is what u/lowsisback recommended since the fix few days ago.

Threaded optimization to "Auto" and…

"Use only the physical cores" OFF

I can finally see something again, had no big stutters for days, overall 20 fps more and even scopes feel smooth on Reserve.
