Can confirm 'Key With Tape' opens a door on shoreline, in the resort, East 110. In the three raids I have used this key, I have found lots of medical supplies as well as a total of 3 Ledx's. None in the first raid, two in the second raid, and one in the third raid. The Ledx's so far have spawned in the bathroom on the floor in front of the shower, as well as once under the coat in the shower.
