Hey, a few minutes ago, my friend and I spawn power on interchange. Two guys sneak up on us, one kills my friend, I drop them. Another team comes up to finish me off, I kill one, and get a 10-15 minute battle with the final guy. At some point, I run nearly out of ammo, and run for one of the dead people's gun. I grab it, go to check the ammo. Shit. I got THE bug. The "Hands are Busy" bug, where the server believes you are doing something with your hands, so you cannot do ANYTHING. Pretty disheartened at this, I go into VOIP and tell the guy it was fun fighting, but I got the bug, and he could kill me, and that I would come out looking down with my weapon while freelooking up. Sure enough, I come out, but funnily enough, this guy is actually a pretty good dude. He lets me live due to not wanting to do me like that. I walk away, just to notice that eventually, I habit check mag, and end up actually succeeding. Somewhere down the line I fixed the issue. I believe it was something to do with freelooking, and maybe jumping as well? Hope this finds someone with a little more knowledge than me.
TL;DR "Hands are Busy" may be fixed by something related to freelooking for long periods of time; source: worked for me
Also, I kind of mentioned it, but serious thank you to the guy who let me live. Takes a lot of guts and honor (no not larpy honor, I mean genuine respect for your fellow players to know when to trust someone). So thank you man, seriously.
