Dota 2 update for 10/25/21

• Autograph Avatar levels for The International 10 talent have once again become unobtainium and can no longer be purchased (enforced through both the item schema and through a CSS "visibility: collapse;" tweak making buy buttons disappear in the Compendium)

  • Just a reminder, you have until the end of this month to use your levels before they expire, and Autograph Avatars themselves will become tradable and listable on the Steam Community Market early on 11/18/21 (specifically, at 2:00 AM PST/4:00 AM CST/1000 UTC)
