If you’re planning to transfer your Cmdr to PC and have a FC, you’ll need to copy your account, and transfer all funds to your PC Cmdr using the commodity market with the FC.
Once all funds are transferred and the FC has been removed of modules (RRR, Shipyard, etc) go to a system and set it to Decom.
At this point you’ll want to send a ticket to FDev and let them know that you want to transfer your FC to PC.
Once your FC is decommed, update FDev and they’ll provide you with the funds given to you by the Decom to purchase a new FC on PC.
EDIT: Don’t forget about your ships! Selling all ships will generally result in an additional billion credits.
EDIT 2: it is possible to contact FDev and let them know you’re deleting your console account and would like your cr to be transferred to PC. Essentially not needing to use the above stated FC market.
