Hey folks,
The new Unclassified Relics you get for putting Guardian Relics into a Thargoid Surface Site and activating it, letting the Surface Site convert the Guardian Relics into Unclassified Relics, can be sold to Ram Tah at Phoenix Base in the Meene system for 1.1mil a pop.
When approaching Phoenix Base in Meene with an Unclassified Relic in your hold, Ram Tah will message you asking for you to deliver it to him.
When docking, he will offer 1.1mil a pop for these Unclassified Relics in his commodity market and will also leave you a message upon selling the Relics to him.

Plug Guardian Relics into an active Thargoid Surface Site (3 Guardian Relics can be plugged in at once, you will need a Thargoid Sensor, Probe or Link to get inside the building).
Once the Guardian Relics are in, activate the Thargoid Device to begin converting them into the new, green Unclassified Relics.
The device will go into overdrive and start damaging your SRV with pulses and heat damage so you have to be quick to scoop the Relics up once they've been converted (they'll get struck by yellow lightning and glow, eventually turning green and drop out of their pedestals).
I don't believe these new Unclassified Relics are corrosive from what I've heard but I'm running corrosive-resistant racks just in case.

Quick Edit: Professor Ishmael Palin at Abel Laboratory in the Arque system is also interested in purchasing the Unclassified Relics too and will provide you with a similar message.
