TI refund is actually not automatic and you will get nothing unless you text Enterix

On September 22 I was 916th to buy two final tickets for 2 017,98 RON .
On October 7 I received the usual TI canceled, don't text us, you will get refund automatically in 21 work days email.
Nothing was happening so about 32 work days later on November 23 I texted Enterix I will do chargeback, they told me they forwarded the request to their accountancy and 3 days later a refund of 1998.00 RON appeared in my bank account.

It's pretty weird that for more than a month norhing happened and once you threaten with a chargeback you get the money in 3 days. So if you want your money back either just do a chargeback or send email threatning with a chargeback and including your order number to [contact@entertix.ro](mailto:contact@entertix.ro). I really don't believe that Enterix will refund anything on their own.
