So you've been hanging onto a project for a while but it seems to be taking too long. You start losing interest in it 'coz it might never see the light of day. But slowly some updates start cropping up but they're tiny compared to the scale of the game. You're seeing bits of assets slowly and then suddenly they drop a big one.
That's what DreamsQuests did. They just dropped a huge trailer with graphics that seem more at home on high end gaming pcs than mobile devices. They're not dead and they're not slowing down. In fact, they're moving forward at a pace that doesn't seem to be possible during this market crash.
