They feel so weird and do nothing for a team or the player itself.
Soldiers role on the team is just pure damage, with pure damaging abilities that are insanely strong, and buffing the team too to do more damage.
Constructors role on the team is mostly defense, reinforcing the base, but also distracting husk and some damage to go along with it.
Outlanders role is more for clearing hordes very quickly, and a bit more selfish type of hero with less help for the team, but they still have a pretty nice role in the team. Clearing hordes and buildings fast, with some extra mobility along with it.
But ninjas don't really fit into anything for me.
Ninjas role is built in pretty good mobility… and thats it. All of their abilities feel so BAD. Sure dragon slash is fine but you're the squishiest hero type, and putting yourself in the middle of a horde is a bad idea. Throwing stars do absolutely nothing I feel. Who even uses smoke bombs.
Like is there something I'm not understanding? I used to use ninjas all the time too, something about them felt good to play, but the more I learned and understood about the game, the more obsolete ninjas became.
Granted I do have some negative bias for ninjas just because theyre usually the more toxic of the crowd. But seriously is there something I'm not understanding about ninjas?
