Any Ideas On How To Maximize “Viraxas King” To The Fullest?

Anyhow to make this card works in the "current meta"? How to maximize his 3rd stage ability (boost 1 whenever you play soldier)? Does he needs a change or the archetype (NR soldiers) needs a change just like NG soldiers massive change? Why Eithnee could get an immunity and he couldn't? :v

I try to make a NR devotion deck with the new chronicles card (still try to prioritize Reaver Hunters to be played rather than the other NR soldiers) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aiF-vJPbGSs.

It feels awkward to play Viraxas King in R3 because what this card could do? Better to use him in R2 and hoping this deck could win in R2.

I think Mobilization is really the best option to support and "abuse" Reaver Hunters (lol). I was thinking some spawning soldier ability (Pincer/Stockpile) to help other NR chronicles card (especially Kennet and Gar) but I ended up rarely played it.

Compared with other devotion-evolving decks and their new chronicles card support (ST/MO/SK). NR evolving card and its devotion + chronicles support feels underwhelming.

In my opinion, NG and SY evolving cards are also included in the bottom three too. But I haven't give them a try. I see some potential with SY Devotion-Chronicles (Firesworn-Collusion perhaps?).

P.S Thoughts on Kennet and Gar? All I can think to maximize that card (and Boholt) efficiently is from Kerack Frigate.
