Playing a vanilla playthrough on a dedicated server and was able to comfortably rush frost caves with a quality 2 BRONZE atgeir and troll armor because the secondary attack stuns both cultists and ulvs in one hit in an area. Secondary then triple primary is a stunlock kill for cultists. Starred wolves could also be stunned.
What motivates this aggressive rushing is that I don't expect most of the players on the server to advance at a reasonable pace, and wanted to leave boss fights untouched so we could play them together. Plus I could get some high level stuff to share in ways that didn't totally nuke progression, like major healing meads for more forgiving fights and lox capes so the cold is less annoying. We did the Elder this weekend.
With a root harnesk and Fenris I was able to do (technically not I guess) early Mistlands, this time with an iron atgeir. Quality 2 iron atgeir specials still stunned seekers and 1 star seekers…. Because of this I got the mats for an early black forge. Why is this SO good
