Добрый день,уважаемые пользователи!Получил бан аккаунта незаслуженно.На протяжении многих лет являюсь поклонником игры дота2.Играю практически с основания.Бывали и взлеты и падения,прения в чате.Когда набирал 5.8к рейтинга несколько лет назад,подозрений ни у кого не возникало.Играл в основном на сапортах,в последнее время на керри и в миде. Получается,что любые игроки,когда их выигрываешь, могут просто потыкать кнопки "репорт" и твой аккаунт начинать "кошмарить".На данном аккаунте много важных для меня вещей,периодически покупал компендиумы и подписки дота+,мне есть что терять.Когда люди на стримах меняют свои аккаунты или предоставляют доступ к ним,их не банят,а мне играющему человеку и влаживающему в игру деньги,хоть и не большие,просто так прилетает бан аккаунта.Не понимаю сложившейся ситуации,она была решена ошибочно.Получается,чтобы не получать бан,нужно играть на сапортах или НАМЕРЕННО поддаваться.Не вижу ни одной причины для баны.В связи с вышеизложенным,а также с тратами на игру,прошу разъяснений, а именно:
1)Кем принималось решение и на каком основании
2)Какой инстанцией или группой лиц оно может быть обжаловано(в связи с тем что нарушений с моей стороны нет)
3)Почему за игру в миде с хорошим счетом я получаю бан.Есть какие то невидимые запреты на использование нескольких героев и постоянное их использование?
4)Кто возмещает ущерб за игровые расходы
Жду полного ответа,с конкретными лицами,отвечающими за бан аккаунта,в Европе таких случайных банов аккаунта практически нет.Я честный игрок и мне есть что терять.Прошу пересмотреть свое решение,планировал играть на миде и дальше,когда встречу достойных игроков в миде на высоком рейтинге,тогда и уступлю им эту роль.Получается в русскоязычной администрации игры люди выполняют рабочие планы по количеству банов на честных игроках.А потом будут сообщать сообществу,как много забанили игроков(из них половина будет ошибочные).Воздействия,кроме придания огласки,не вижу.

I am waiting for a full answer,with specific persons responsible for the account ban,there are practically no such random account bans in Europe.I am an honest player and I have something to lose.I ask you to reconsider your decision,I planned to continue playing at the Foreign Ministry, when I meet worthy players in the foreign Ministry with a high rating, then I will give them this turns out that in the Russian-speaking administration of the game, people fulfill work plans for the number of bans on honest players.And then they will inform the community how many players have been banned(half of them will be erroneous).I don't see any impact other than making it public.
