Can we discuss Unseen Elder Mechanics? Maybe a slight twist to it?

It maybe just me but isn't Unseen Elder's mechanics a bit underwhelming? I know the Gwent community finds the Vampire archetype underwhelming overall but after playing the card in a pseudo vampire/bleed deck, I think there is room for improvement, at least on a devotion scale.

The devotion ability says:

Devotion: Bleeding on enemy units also triggers at the end of your turn.

and this is powerful effect that speeds up the bleeding whenever Unseen Elder hits the board. In addition, with the change to Caranthir Ar-Feiniel, you only get 1 copy of Elder, outside of Witches Sabbath. Yet, I still feel somewhat underwhelmed dropping him since the overall bleeding mechanic is generally slow and Elder himself becomes an immediate threat for the enemy to remove.

So just a random thought that I ask of the community for feedback on (your opinion); would Unseen Elder or bleeding in general be too strong if Unseen Elder's devotion ability read:

Devotion: Bleeding on enemy units also triggers at the end of your turn for the duration of the game.

For clarity, what I am suggesting is removing the on presence requirement for Unseen Elders devotion ability. So in short, all bleeding is sped up once Unseen Elder is included in the deck, regardless if it hits the board (Think how old Locked Down started as the match started). In my opinion, this boosts the entire vampire archetype without changing any other abilities (although I do note that there are some abilities that still should be changed) but I feel a change like this would improve the vampire archetype just a bit.

I am curious to know other's opinions on the change and how others may feel it would affect the the meta. In addition, what do you think of card with "include passives" (cards that have abilities for just including in the deck)? Open to hearing your thoughts.
