Is anyone else having issues after the Mistlands update with Valheim Dedicated Server on Steam?
Before the update, my friends and I had zero issues with connecting internally and externally. Since the update, my friends and I are having issues connecting to the server.
The issues are very intermittent. One day, my friend will be able to connect; the next, they won't.
I haven't changed anything to the batch file since the update. I found a workaround using the advanced startup functions within Steam, using the +connect function and the IP of the server. This worked for a couple of days, but now that has stopped working externally as well.
I have tried all of the main troubleshooting steps, such as ensuring the correct port is open, updating network drivers, restarting router/modem, ensuring batch file is configured correctly, and check file integrity of Valheim Dedicated Server.
I don't believe it to be my network, since it worked perfectly before the Mistlands update, and the issues are intermittent. Is anyone having similar issues and find a fix?
