Do other games have less sweaty/dedicated playerbase?

I've been thinking of this for a while but I just played some Marauders matches today and it really cemented it for me.

I get my ass beat in Tarkov regularly. I love the game but I feel like I rarely win fights and often get rolled. I've noticed in other similar games like The Cycle, Hunt showdown & now Marauders I am able to absolutely dummy in pvp.

Just today, after installing marauders I get 2 or more "marauder" kills in each of my first ever 5 matches, and I only died on my sixth match.
It could just be some form of confirmation bias or something idk I'm not a psychologist; but it really does feel like there's a huge skill disparity between the pvp in those other games and the players in Tarkov.

Has anyone else noticed this? Or am I just getting lucky in these other games/unlucky in Tarkov? Obviously totally anecdotal but I feel like my odds of winning fights in these other games is like 60/40 or 70/30 and in Tarkov it's like 10/90
