Do people have something against Constructors restocking

So I'm running Ventures defence missions with Thunder Thora with boom base feel the base and plasma arc.

In a few games now i have had people follow me around and prevent me from gathering basic resources after building the base and upgrading it. i had two outlanders follow me to the other side of the map using anti material charge on every rock they could see. The defence was in a pit so lots of resources were spent. I finally got annoyed and summoned my base to my location and watched as they franticly ran back to defend.

Then while defending the base on harder missions i have people literally shadowing me and sprinting past if it even looks like I'm going for a dropped resource. Camping my base like it's a gold dispenser like they think i have Recycling on.

But the one to make me post was some ass hat in the Thor costume that built a box around the boss after it was killed and and stopped everyone from gathering resources. but for the life of me i couldn't figure out how he was placing traps on the inside of the wall while he was outside to stop us editing the walls/floor. Like how is even possible?
