Does dota2 have rigged matchmaking?

Hi new player here, I switched to dota2 not long ago from league, since league have EOMM ( Engagement Optimized Matchmaking) the ranked system is completely coinflip and not competitive anymore. I haven't start playing ranked yet, here's the question, is dota2 matchmaking rigged?

League have a system called "smurf queue", which is designed to artificially extend the time it takes a player to get to desired rank, it's announced as a system to counter smurfs but actually does nothing to counter smurfing. It only puts player with MMR higher than its rank together.

MMR = matchmaking ranking, in dota2 its something like 3000, 4500

Rank = Legend, Ancient, Divine, etc

For example if your rank is Archon, but u have a MMR of 4000, u will be placed in smurf queue, doesn't matter if ur actually a smurf or not, this makes the game extremely volatile and u will lose a lot even if ur a pro player.

Here's what's happening:

MMR higher than ur rank = fast climb = Smurf queue

Smurf queue = coinflip losses = MMR getting fuked up

MMR getting fuked up = slow climb = grind

grind = frustration = buying more new accounts = back to the start

Riot is treating its customers like herding animals, so I decided to uninstall since I don't really have 5 hours a day into video games. It's great to know if dota2 have the same thing before I step into ranked.
