Epic literally stole from me.

so back in 2021 I had my PlayStation account hacked. It was literally taken over and used by somebody that speaks Arabic. they changed my name on my account, added a bunch or Arabic friends and was literally playing on my fortnite account. I did not notice right away until a friend pointed out that my name had changed on his friend list.

I worked with PlayStation to change my email associate with my account and change passwords. I also had to relink my epic launcher to the new PlayStation email.

Boom I get banned on fortnite!!
I chat with support give them all the details, offer to provide actual emails from PlayStation and evidence.
they tell me they cannot help me, and that "due to security reasons they cannot share details with me"..

I have had that fortnite since season 1 and have spent alot of money and time on that account. and now it is all gone. they literally stole all that money now. I am a victim and Epic throws their hands up and says oh well sucks to be you!!!

WTF if I was a big time streamer they would have unbanned me in an instant. there is video proof of that, but because I play for fun I am screwed how is that right.. EPIC NEEDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!!!!!!
