Exploration Advice Please!

Hello Commanders!

Any exploration advice along with what ship I should go for?
I took a long break from this because the grind for the corvette and it’s engineered FSD was pretty intense but I wanted it because… well it’s a star destroyer isn’t it? I don’t even do combat and I play on solo lol (Noob move I know). But to my long expected disappointment, for exploration it just isn’t the ship for it.

Do you have any suggestions for a nice explorer with a nice cockpit view? Considering my ASPX because I already have it but I’d quite like something with a nicer interior as apposed to the run down look which is still pretty cool in it’s own way. Also will I likely have to grind for engineering for said ship before actually enjoying what the open world has to offer?
