I absolutely have been loving my night factory raids with just a PM Pistol and a scav backpack. Spawn in with factory key in your bunghole, an AFAK in bunghole, and run straight to offices third floor safe. Loot safe, cabinets, and the two jackets. Run to Gate 0 and (usually) you can grab a scav kill during this process. You can also grab the two wooden boxes on the metal area that connects to second floor of the offices near gate 0. If not, sit at gate 0 until 7 minutes and then extract. Repeat every 7 minutes. I routinely walk out with 200k-400k loot (depending on safe, cabinets and jacket loot) in 7 minutes. Longest part is queue times.
All of this with a small 30k investment (backpack + pistol to kill scavs). No one runs factory at night, and running straight to offices I RARELY die. I will usually only get popped if I spawn forklift area between the two PMC spawns.
Insanely easy. Decent loot. Super low risk.
