As with all the other console players. I am not playing Elite again unless full profile transfers are made available. And even then, I may not even take up the offer. I have Unique Community skins, I have dev skins, I have all the engineers unlocked, every legacy module boosted to the max. I have every ship in the entire game (except for my beloved Cobra MKIV), a FC, and NPC's who have gone with me since both SLF's and FC were a thing.
I have about 3.3 Million LY traveled and thousands of hours into this game. I have done everything possible on my CMDR with the friends and NPC pilots who joined me along the way.
