A lot of controversy and disappointment around Odyssey since launch, but the support team have always been amazing, in my opinion.
What's your story, if you've asked them for help?
I once made the trip down to Colonia, just for the Engineers and Palin, via the neutron highway. I got there, unlocked and pinned blueprints (Etienne Dorn is on some kind of watch list I hope), then used the quick suicide back to the bubble. A day or so later, life support unpinned itself, somehow.
I put a ticket in to frontier support, a day later they said that they don't have the tools to re-pin it for me, but they could god-hand me there in a stock sidey. Soon after, I log in and I'm sitting at Dorn's place, in said sidey. One quick pin, one crash landing, and I'm back in the bubble. No need to spend another 2 hours on the highway to re-pin one thing.
